Chief Executive Officer

Rajesh is the Chief Executive Officer of Kenbox Technologies. He is having over 26 yrs of experience in different CXO roles. Prior to Kenbox, he was associated with Dalmia Group, as Chief Operating Officer of Dalmia Lifecare & as Vice President & Group Head-Corporate HR of GHCL. During his entire career, he has worked with many Indian and Multinational Companies in sectors like IT, Telecom, Engineering, Chemical, Home Textiles, Education, Yarn, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Tyre, FMCG, etc. He started his career with JK Synthetics and later was associated with companies like Escorts Group, Barco, Aptech, Panacea Biotec. He is active in academia and has been on the boards of many reputed Management & Engineering Institutions, like GL Bajaj, MIMT, IMS, University of Lucknow et al.

Rajesh has been instrumental in providing the technical architecture for company-specific solutions. These solutions are deeply engraved in business drivers & help companies in making them sustainable. He has conceptualized various unique employee engagement solutions like GHCLTEA, MILAP, COMMITTEE WAY etc. and have provided competitive advantages to organizations. He is a change expert who has turned around the cultures of many organizations. His efforts have made GHCL a Great Place to Work and the 16th Best Company in India in its first attempt of participation and in the succeeding year 9th Best Company in India.
Rajesh has conceptualized ICE and PAPPA Models, which are well received by the business fraternity at large. He has two copyright/patents for SGR and JDOS to his name and has filed the third recently.

Rajesh is trained in Business Strategy Formulation & Execution from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, Cross-Functional Decision Making & Business Impact from enParadigm. He is trained in the Hay Method of Job Evaluation by Mr. Rodrigo Buono of Brazil., on Third Generation Balanced Scorecard by Dr. Michael Shulver of England, on OPQ32i-Psychometric Testing from SHL, India., Situational Leadership by Ken Blanchard, Advanced Psychological Instruments from GGSIP University, New Delhi, Mentoring by TATA Teleservices

Rajesh has acquired a master’s degree in Genetics, Psychology, and HR from premier institutions, namely GB Pant University of Ag & Tech, Pantnagar, Amity University & XLRI, Jamshedpur, respectively. He is an alumnus of Kellogg School of Management, Chicago (US), from where he did his Global Advanced Management Program (GAMP). He also holds an Executive Diploma in Project Management from the International Institute of Projects & Program Management. He has sharpened up his management acumen in Business Strategy Formulation & Execution from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Additionally, he has obtained Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi.

Rajesh is an avid reader and blogger, whose blogs range from Neuro-HR, Pricing, Human Behaviour to Business Strategy. He is active in social work since his college days and has served in the NSS for 240 days and attended two camps.
